The Open Group Brazil will periodically hold virtual events together with its Brazilian Members to address issues and updates that concern the Brazilian market, as well as tutorials focused on this audience, always having a global strategy, but always with a local tactic and execution.
The virtual event purpose:
There is a mistaken idea – and, unfortunately, very popular – that Corporate Enterprise Architecture is a discipline that should only be adopted in moments of relative tranquility and, on top of that, only by large companies. This would be the consequence of Enterprise Architecture (EA) being a heavy, difficult and time-consuming practice to implement and even more difficult to justify in terms of return on investment (ROI).
On the other hand, large management consultancies have been recommending the adoption of Enterprise Architecture as a fundamental strategic practice by companies for more than a decade.
