Thanks to Brian Michael Bendis and his recent decision to “update” Tim Drake over at the Young Justice book, other characters are starting to make fun of him case in point that part in Batman # 99 involving Drake and Harley Quinn.
In this issue written by James Tynion IV with art by Jorge Jimenez, we see a reunited Bat-Family having a meeting on a rooftop which includes the recently returned Dick Grayson aka Nightwing. In one particular segment, Harley Quinn butts in on what needs to be done.
Harley wants to really end it with The Joker once and for all and he knows this can only be done with a bullet between his head. Something Batman also wants but never acts on because of his code.
Tim’s written here as a fool too, kind of looking down still on Harley Quinn and saying she needs to be sent to Arkham Asylum again; so the take down of her calling him “Duckboy” is such a good thing. Hopefully though, Tim won’t be written like this again because that’s not his style.
Maybe at this point, we can all forgot that the Tim Drake Robin recently changed his name to Drake.
