“How do I rank on Google?” It’s the question nearly everyone asks while deciding whether to invest in a new website.

If we had to give a one-phrase answer? Good content on a bot-optimized platform, well-promoted.

Putting together a good content strategy can be daunting for a lot of people. Having these 10 or so post types in your back pocket can make it easier to figure out what to produce, when, and for whom.

As much as I love trying out new apps, it’s rare that I come across one that fundamentally changes how I do business or manage work.

Loom did. In fact, we built a spot for it’s embed code into our Super Support Hub for internal use. I expect before long, we’ll find a way to roll it out for customers to use too.

Retailers – including luxury brands – have been hit hard by the pandemic. J. Crew, Neimans, and Brooks Brothers all filed for bankruptcy. This is a wonderful, inspirational story of an entrepreneur who has built an incredibly robust business…and just seems to be getting started.

My daughter and I have started listening to this in the car together when we commute. It’s a really fun, educational, informational podcast on different science topics. Granted, we’re both curious people, but have found this delightful. It’s also made dinner conversations much more interesting than “what did you do today?”

Ok, that’s all for now. If you haven’t already, make sure to say hi on Facebook!
