Social Media Marketing Specialist:

Career Objective:

Increase sales, leads, improve brand awareness, and customer retention. Create and execute social media marketing strategies to excel company goals. Manage all social media accounts and paid social media advertising. Must be creative and think outside the box.

Career Responsibilities:

Posting to All Social Media Outlets Including, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn & Snapchat

Promote Events, Sales, Products & Specials

Increase Overall Social Media Audience

Respond to Customers in a Timely Manner

Provide Brand Information, Tell Our Story

Use Paid Social Media Advertising

Reach New & Existing Customers Relevant to Our Business

Create Potential Leads (to be sent to salesperson)

Analyze Ad Effectiveness

Analyze Other Digital Marketing Efforts as Necessary

Create Email Marketing Campaigns to Promote Company, Sales, Specials, Events etc.

Take & Upload Photos and Videos for Social Media

Web knowledge 

Other as applicable

Education and Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Marketing (or related) or currently pursuing degree.

Prefer at least 1+ years of experience in marketing or related field.

Overall Knowledge of Social Media Platforms

Additional Requirements:

Computer knowledge

Organized and detailed

Proper use of punctuation and grammar

Excellent troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently and be flexible regarding work assignments

Must possess a high degree of motivation

General knowledge of Construction and Agricultural equipment a plus

Personal accounts on social media platforms

Willing to learn and progress with a rapidly growing family owned company
