Kim Soo Hyun’s comeback drama post-military has reached an all-time high in ratings.

The South Korean drama series It’s Okay Not To Be Okay, airing on the cable channel tvN, will air its final episode on Sunday. Sunday’s episode follows Seo Ye Ji’s long-lost mother, portrayed by Jang Young Nam, the head nurse of a psychiatric hospital. Jang Young Nam confesses to Kim Soo Hyun that she was the one who killed his mother years ago.

Harboring hatred and revenge, Kim Soo Hyun wants to kill her, but ultimately decides against it. Jang Young Nam stabs him, and in a rage, she runs over to Seo Ye Ji to harm her too, but Kim Soo Hyun’s older borther, portrayed by Oh Jung Se, saves her from harm. Police arrest Jang Young Nam right on the spot.

Feeling remorse for the crimes her mother had committed against his family, Seo Ye Ji actively tries to avoid Kim Soo Hyun, but he pulls her back, telling her that he loves her. He chases her to the castle, embraces her, carries her, and kisses her.

The episode reached an all-time high in ratings, scoring an average of 6.5% rating nationwide. It ranked number one as the most-watched cable episode that night.
