About the Trainer:

Janelle Dominique Swing is an expert Social Media Manager and a Team Manager for a Digital Marketing Agency. She was a Level 2 Customer Service Representative in Sitel when she went back to school to finish her bachelor’s degree. She started with her freelancing journey in 2014 where she was hired by a Real Estate Company as a Virtual Assistant. She managed to work full-time and study in a University at the same time.

She has a total of 4 years work experience in the virtual service industry and 2 years working in the BPO Industry. She is a master of all trades because she can do basic web development, build landing pages, handle email marketing, Payroll management, and Project Management, aside from Social Media Management and Marketing. Last February 2018, she was promoted as the Virtual Team Manager for a Digital Marketing Company based in Atlanta, Georgia and has been handling a team of 4 VAs.

She lives in Calamba, Laguna with her husband and son, with their three adorable dogs. She is graduating this April 2019 from University of Makati with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Major in Human Resource Management. Her main goal is to build her own family business with her husband and apply all the things she has learned in the VIrtual Assistance and Digital Marketing Industry.
